1) When does the Early Bird Admission rate expire?

Early Bird Admission is available through Friday, March 24. Regular Admission will be available from March 25 until the event sells out. Purchase your ticket today to guarantee your seat at this event!

2) What is appropriate attire for the Healing Hearts Gala?

Cocktail Attire is appropriate for the event.

3) Is the event outside or inside?

The event will take place at Guglielmo Winery’s Event Center. Guest tables will be set up inside a tent with sides; a reception will take place outside the tent (weather permitting).

4) Where do I park?

The Live Oak High School parking lot, across from the winery, is available for Gala guest parking. Additionally, there is parking along Main Avenue on the winery side of the street. There are spots in the small parking lot at the winery for those displaying a Disabled Person placard or plate.

5) How can I request a vegetarian meal?

Our event is being catered by The Cellar Door Catering and dinner will be served buffet-style. There will be vegetarian options available without needing to make a special advance request.
