SILENT AUCTION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Silent Auction closes promptly at 8:30 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2020(approximately 30 minutes after the event live stream ends).

How do I claim my winning items?

Items will be available for drive-by pickup on Monday, November 9th 1:00-6:00PM and Tuesday, November 10th 12:00-5:00PM at Community Solutions Gilroy office: 9015 Murray Avenue #100.

Please email keri.gardner@communitysolutions.org to notify us as to what time you plan to arrive so that we can have your items ready. A volunteer or staff member will meet your car in front of our main entrance.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the above times and/or if you do not live locally, please contact keri.gardner@communitysolutions.org to arrange for shipment or delivery. Please note: shipping fees will be charged to the bidder.

 

Are there any restrictions on individual packages?

Please see the item description and the "Restrictions" box at the bottom of each item for restrictions specific to that package. Individuals must be age 21 or older to purchase any items including alcohol; proof of age will be required for item pickup/delivery.
